Discovery Channel.
http://www.discovery.com
The Discovery Channel Web Site shows that a corporate site can maintain a visually appealing edge and still remain functional and valuable. Discovery uses a concise layout and Netscape tables to help organize itself and make it easy to navigate. It also employs a service called "Knapsack", which lets surfers add in a specific topic of interest. Discovery then sends personal weekly e-mail about new online sites in that area of interests - useful and valuable to people who don't have hours to spend cruising around hundreds of new Web creations each week.
